Fun but been to better all inclusives

The number of pools and bedroom was clean and spacious.

The food was mediocre at best. The dining room is laid out badly so everyone is always dodging everyone else to get food. Though it was inclusive, the drink options were minimal and the spirit options were terrible. I assume all local spirits but essentially they all tasted like pure alcohol and nothing else. Even the spirits which were chargeable were terrible.

Fantastic

Great location with several options to swim and to relax. We stayed in a renovated room what was looking beautifull and had simple but beautifull design. Well maintained rooms and public places, clean, comfortable furniture. Great offer and variations for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good qualify of food, kind, helpfull and friendly staff.

The closing frontdoors can be a bit loudly in the night

The food is very good and the room is very clean and comfortable, Yousef's housekeeping staff is very enthusiastic and does a good job! And there is a plus point that is the beautiful beach, the hotel's own diving area is great and the diving service is very professional

The hotel seems to only serve Russian guests, for example, the children's program they all speak Russian! And the guests staying at the same time as me, they always dig for food in the trays and the staff does not clean it up! And the hotel's service is really not as enthusiastic as 5-star hotels in Egypt

Very Good

Staff were very good. Special mentions to Muhammed on reception whom resolved an early issue with the room we had very quickly and professionally. The bar staff are great too especially Feraz in the Oriental Bar. A lovely friendly guy. Facilties are good and because there are numerous pools and bars the place never seems cramped and it is nice to be able to change your scenery if you want to. The Bella Vista restaurant is excellent as is the Spa.

Some people may find not having WIFI in the room inconvenient but the size of the site makes that very difficult to achieve. Public areas are never too far away however.

Very large resort with nice reef

Nice reef, good dive center on location. Nice desserts and raw vegtables, and ok breakfast. Many families with kids, mainly Russian, and friendly atmosphere.

We stayed in the old part of the hotel, in chalets with one bedroom and an extra bed in the living room. The chalets were very spacious but in need of renovation with noisy airco’s. Food was ok for kids but not delicate or special, in large and noisy restaurant, more a canteen

Very Good

The room is new and very comfortable, the hotel has some activities like gala new year programme, cocktail events with life violin music, some animation for all in the evening and disco with different songs, also it was yoga on the beach. The room has everything you need. I love the balcony and view. Staff is polite and trying to make all the vacation super comfortable. Ramadan was cleaning our room, very nice and kind men. They bring fruits to our room and make some beautiful things with towels on our bed. Beach, sea, corals, and fish are perfect. It is located near Old Town.

We don't like the food it's very simple. Not for all. Italian cheefs are very professional, especially for pasta and pizza. Some nights, we enjoyed sea food, kabab, and bread. But for the sushi and other snacks, it's not delicious at all. It looks very yummy but has no taste. Tea,coffee, and cola very poor quality need improvement in drinks. In general, I can say this option for food can be for 4 stars hotel not for 5. Some days, animation was on only the Italian language, but we wish it could be in English too. Taxi is too expensive we have to ask, not from the hotel .

Nice hotel

Clean, food was good, good location, got upgraded to the newer rooms for free which was really kind of the staff.

Staff were all lovely apart from one of the cleaners who turned quite rude after asking us to exchange some money for him which was USD and we’re from England so it was of no use to us. Food was a bit repetitive although was nice and drinks at the bars were flat

Nice hotel for your vacation

The room was large, spacious, renovated, and clean. Bottles of drinking water are brought to the room every day, and the staff is helpful. There is a large selection of food - there are various meat and fish dishes, salads, and even a healthy corner where steamed products or vegetable purees are served. The melons are incredibly delicious. :) There is a pharmacy near the hotel entrance, also some grocery and souvenir shops just around the corner. The location in general is good, the water park at Albatros can be reached within minutes by taxi for like 1,5 euros (if you use InDrive app).

- The door locks are strangely designed, which makes everyone slam the door very loudly when leaving the rooms. - Since we went in April, the water in the pools was cold. We did not find a heated pool in this hotel. - Coffee.... but it's not only this hotel, in general in Egypt hotels it is difficult to find good coffee...

Overall good stay. It suited my needs

I liked the facilities , always something to do, the cleanliness, enjoyed the breakfast and the paddle court. Peter who sells high end fashion clothing was also a very nice guy to talk to

Lunch, lacked flavour. Sometimes the cool drink and coffee machine didn’t work. The people that massage you were very persistent for a tip. The photography that we paid for whilst doing water sports were very bad. We paid a lot and the photo quality was poor.

There is a place to do a snorkelling. food was good, location is excellent, clean and big rooms, internet in the room was nice, stuff is very helpful and friendly, specially Israa in the reception.

Not a big beach, very small, and not suitable for swimming, they charged us for more than the rate we were informed. also, they charged big amount for one hour late in the checkout.

Very Good

The hotel area is beautiful (big and nice), the beach is good, the coral reef is very good, the meal is Ok (big choice of dishes, not everything was delicious but overall I liked it). Some of the rooms are renovated but some of them aren't yet. I lived with my family (3 people) in a one-bedroom chalet which was not renovated. Bathroom and shower equipment were not modern but it satisfied us. We get good holiday in this hotel

Part rooms aren't renovated and bath equipment is not modern there. In spring (April) it is a windy place, during our holiday there were several windy days and we can't swim from the pier and do snorkeling next to the coral reef.
